Brave Wanderers

Many great tales of old begin with brave wanderers finding their way in the wilderness only to come upon a situation that demands their courage and skill. Brave Wanderers is a rules light fantasy TTRPG about heroes of all shapes and sizes going on epic adventures and dangerous quests. Like the game Offworlders that inspired it, Brave Wanderers is designed to be straightforward enough to pick up and be ready to play in just a few minutes as a one-off game, but with enough meat to play a short campaign as well.

The Player Characters (or Wanderers) are often individuals with a hunger for adventure or a desperate need to right a societal wrong. These Wanderers will often stop at nothing to see their quest through to completion. Along the way, they will grow more wise and powerful, accruing useful items and Abilities that will aid them in their quest. And, hopefully, by the end, you will have told a tale that you and your friends can reminisce about for many years to come.

While this rulebook’s setting is a fantasy land known as Terra, this system can be used across any number of fictional settings. Terra is, if anything, a placeholder for Middle Earth, Hogwarts, Narnia, or even a world of your own creation. This rulebook is meant to spur on your imagination and ability to tell epic stories of heroic deeds either as a single session or a campaign.
